my config :
- E 8800
- gigabyte EP45 DS3R
- 8800 gt 512
- HD sata 2
I 've searched for 2 weeks how to install sound on my hackintosh without success.
Can any body help me?

Full Version: No Sound on EP45 DS3R with leo 10.5.5
Your mobo has the ALC889A soundcard, right? You might go for ALCinject or Taruga. AppleHDA.kext might need patching. You might want to use HDAenabler.kext

Dont forget to delete /System/Library/Extensions.mkext and to do a "sudo diskutil repairpermissions /"
