10.5 isn't illegal, though a contract has almost certainly been breached.
Distributing OS X86 may be illegal in some countries, but it is copyright infringement in the sane ones. Similar to "illegal", but a part of tort law rather than criminal.

thats no tiger install dvd its a dvd with a label on it notice the x86 part on it

Might have been one of those developer builds apple released when they were porting os x to intel - before they released intel macs, they sent out PC development kits with this version of os x (i believe)

as i said before yes lightscribe, that's the only way to get that good quality, but, the funny thing is, even though no one bought it, it wasn't taken down, nor was the leo, you'd think apple or someone'd take it down
