I'm wondering if you guys are going to keep leopard installed on your computer for daily use or if you're going to dual boot or even go back to tiger? Also, why you have choosen to do so.

Edit: I ended up going back to a fresh install of Tiger. I found some apps crashed and spaces was still a bit buggy. I'm keeping it on my external though.

As did I, and a few other people i know. it is possible to keep it up indefinitely though, as long as your not doing anything too complex on it. get a recent release and it should be okay for web, iTunes etc. But if your doing anything important on it and don't want to loose any data, stick with tiger.

9a343 is okay mostly, but theres a newer release out now so try that. Don't dual boot though, people have had some problems with that.

I wouldnt say the dual boot itself was a problem cfh, more the reinstalling Tiger..... wheres that embarassed smiley?

The problems with dual booting being you end up having to reinstall tiger...

no... that was because I screwed the install with trying to install a 10.4.9 update through pacifist.

at least - I think that was it.

unrelated to Leopard :-)
